The QBD-series consists of several Pockels cell Q-switch driver circuit boards that differ with an output voltage range.


  1. < 20 ns leading edge
  2. 5‑10 μs for the trailing pulse edge
  3. Up to 100 kHz repetition rate
  4. Up to 6 kV output voltage


OEM Tech offers more than 50 models of Pockels cell drivers - in various configurations to accommodate different requirements and specifications. Fast rise and fall times allow for quick modulation of the Pockels cell’s properties, enabling faster switching or modulation speeds. Our Pockels cell drivers support different pulse widths (durations) and repetition rates (frequencies) to meet the operational requirements for Q-switching, pulse-picking, cavity dumping, regenerative amplification.
