UM OPTICS has mature CaF₂, BaF₂, MgF₂, LiF, and Si growth processes with an annual production capacity of more than 100 tons of fluoride. We can provide infrared materials such as CaF₂, BaF₂, MgF₂, LiF , Si, Ge, ZnS and ZnSe. We provide DUV-grade CaF₂ (calcium fluoride) and DUV-grade MgF₂ (magnesium fluoride), which can be applied to 193nm and 248nm excimer lasers.
